Welcome to our first blog! To start, we're going to give you a quick recap of the first two months of 2007. The big news, of course, is that our Indianapolis Colts won the Super Bowl!! We've been big fans of the Colts since we moved here and we were thrilled to watch them finally pull it off! We went to the rally at the RCA Dome the day after they won. We were among 35,000 other screaming maniacs who reveled in the moment! We're sure it's a season we'll never forget.Lauren is in her first legislative session at the House of Representatives. She has worked a lot of long hours, but it's an exciting atmosphere so she is enjoying every minute of it.
Rachel and Jesse have been our only house guests so far this year. They came down for Rachel's birthday in January. We had a packed schedule for them, including a Texas Hold 'Em tournament, shopping and dinner at the Cheesecake Factory.
"Plus One," otherwise known as Joey, our beagle, is a little bored due to the weather restricting his daily walks. He is doing well, though, and Jeff is trying to teach him to shake. We'll let you know if he ever masters it.

How exciting that you've started a brag - er, I mean blog! You Colts fans are never going to let the rest of us forget who won the Super Bowl, are you! That's OK, you earned it. Enjoy it, though, 'cause the Eagles are going to make a comeback.
Joey has become a Class-A pooch. And so handsome! Maybe someday he'll have his own blog and Jackson, Millicent, Layla and Mr. Lucky can sign in and share some pics.
