Holiday wrap-up

It has been a busy few weeks, but the holidays are over so it's time to post a few pictures. We traveled to Michigan for Christmas and spent some time with each of our families.
Morgan was adorable on Christmas morning! We wouldn't have guessed she would be so into presents (must be the Coon in her, they love presents), but she loved the colors and shine of the wrapping paper. When we handed her a present her whole body started shaking and she started panting with excitement!
Morgan is definitely blessed to have so many people who gave/sent her lovely gifts. Thank you to all and please know they will go to good use.
We were also lucky to spend a few hours with some of our closest friends while in Michigan. Julie, who lives in Arizona currently, took time out from visiting her family to come to Flint and meet Morgan. We had to miss Julie's wedding earlier this year when I was on bed rest, so she brought her wedding pictures for us to see and we spent a few hours catching up.
On our way back to Indianapolis, we stopped for a few hours to meet Berkley Anna Bruner! Tammy and Jon had their little girl on Dec. 10 and she is precious. Berkley and Morgan really hit it off when we put them in Berkley's crib to play with her stuffed animals. Morgan kept kicking her leg and hitting Berkley in the head, but we're hoping Berkley will forgive her so they can be friends!
We spent a quiet New Year's weekend here at home and now we're back to the daily grind. The legislative session starts for Lauren on Wednesday and Jeff is still working hard at Brinks and around the house.
We miss you all and hope your holidays were joyful! ~ Love, Jeff, Lauren, Morgan and Joey

I can't wait to get my babies!!! I want to be a grandma too. Everytime I see Morgan I just fall in love with her, she is so cute and special. We have to see her soon somehow. Hopefully when I get back from FL I can make a trip down that way. Hang in there!! Love and Hugs...Aunt Denise

Yes, she likes the booster seat now. The second time we put her in it we actually fed her, so now she knows that's where she eats. And she likes to eat. :)
