Our trip to Michigan in May also included some time with friends we rarely see. Kristyn was able to bring her boys over for a visit. It was our first time meeting her newest, Dylan, who was a perfect angel the entire visit. Cameron, her oldest, kept us entertained climbing in the dog crate, opening and closing the laundry room door, and saying "Barack Obama."
Nugget (aka, Andrea) also happened to be in town from Atlanta and she brought a surprise guest, her new husband, Marvin! They met when she lived in Dallas, and were married in Key West in February. I had previously assumed it would be years before I got to meet Marvin, so it was a pleasant surprise to have a little time to get to know him.
Hopefully, when those of us who have defected move back to Michigan someday, we'll get to spend a lot more time with the Dondaldsons and Mr. and Mrs. Booker. Thanks to all for taking time out to visit us.
