Easter in Michigan

Morgan and I traveled to Michigan for Easter. It was a very special Easter for us this year, because my Mom (Grandma Berta) was baptized Catholic during the Easter Vigil at my parents' church.
Easter Vigil was nearly three hours long on Saturday night, so Morgan stayed at Grandma and Grandpa Coons' house while I attended the service with my family. Morgan was a perfect angel for them and even walked herself to the bedroom when it was time to go to sleep!
On Easter morning, Grandma and Grandpa Coon had an Easter egg hunt for Morgan. I assumed she was still too young for an egg hunt, but to my surprise she had a super time running around the living room finding eggs and putting them in her basket. She also really enjoyed playing with Grandma Debbie's Easter egg lights (shown in the photo with Aunt Rachel and Uncle Jesse).
This visit was also the first time Morgan said "Rachel"! Of course, she said it after Aunt Rachel left, but she said it with perfect pronunciation six times in a row!

We had Easter dinner at Grandma and Grandpa Campbells' house. Morgan spent a lot of time at their house playing with the broom, talking to herself in the floor length mirrors (this was especially cute when she checked herself out naked after her bath), and running around the yard outside. This visit was also when Morgan decided to start calling my dad "Papa". "Where's Papa?" she would say when he left the room. So cute!
